Information on processing of personal data

Czech Olympic Committee, based in Benešovská 1925/6, 101 00 Prague 10, ID organization number: 48546607 ( "COC") will process your personal data as personal data of a subject interested in the project Handbook for Olympic Festival Organisers ("project") in the range of name, surname, e-mail, and organization in accordance with the General Privacy Policy1 and the law2, especially for registration purposes and communication within the project. Without providing the above mentioned personal data for the above mentioned purposes representing the content of the contractual relationship between you and the COC and the legitimate interests of the COC, the registration and communication within the project is not possible.

COC will process the above mentioned personal data during the time of registration within the project. COC is authorized to process personal data also through designated processors, whose up-to-date list is posted on the project website www.handbook.sportparks.com. Personal data will be made available only to authorized employees or collaborators of COC or employees and collaborators of the processor, and only to the extent necessary for processing purposes. Personal data will be handled both manually and in an automated fashion.

By registering for the project you proclaim that you have been informed about your rights and obligations, especially about the right (i) to have access to personal data, (ii) the right for correction or completion of inaccurate or false personal data, (iii) for the deletion of personal data if the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or otherwise processed, or if it is discovered it has been processed illegally, (iv) for limiting the processing of personal data in special cases, (v) the right to transfer personal data and also (vi) the right to object, after which the processing of personal data will be terminated, unless it is proved that there are compelling legitimate grounds for processing which outweigh your interests or rights and freedoms, especially if the reason is possible enforcement of claims, and (viii) the right to contact the Office for Personal Data Protection.
